Resistances to Practice and Within Practice: Expect the following feelings:
 
  • Desire/Wanting  (for conditions to be perfect/ different)
  • Not Wanting/Aversion (disturbances/noises/moods)
  • ​Restlessness/Anxiety 
  • Sleepiness/Zoning Out/Boredom
  • Doubt/Uncertainty

Spot and Name them when they show up and PRACTICE ANYWAY! Know that feelings constantly shift and change and breakthroughs occur when we allow the resistance to be there and move ahead anyway.
